This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.padelracket.com.au, operated by ASPAC Padel Group Pty Ltd (ABN 63 688 336 094), trading as Padel Racket Australia (“Padel Racket”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

• We may update these terms from time to time; please review them before each purchase.

• Customers under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase.

2. Orders and Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.

• If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

• Please ensure all details entered at checkout are accurate; we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Afterpay, ZIP.

• Orders must be paid in full before shipment. If payment fails, the order will be cancelled automatically.

4. Shipping

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• For orders outside Australia, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

5. Right to Cancel and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original packaging

• Be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice

Refunds:

• We’ll refund the product price once we receive and inspect the goods.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is defective).

• You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Exclusions:

• Items unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., grips, clothing)

• Customised or special-order products

• Products damaged through misuse or neglect

6. Warranty

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Padel Racket also offers a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Normal wear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are not covered.
